Family dentistry · Glendora, CA

One practice, every age, the same familiar faces.

The visits that prevent the big appointments. Exams, cleanings, sealants and fillings for toddlers through grandparents, scheduled so a family can come through together instead of across four separate afternoons.

  • Comprehensive exams
  • Hygiene cleanings
  • Children's dentistry
  • Sealants & fluoride
  • Tooth-coloured fillings
  • Gum health

Exams that explain themselves

Intraoral photographs and digital X-rays on the screen beside you, so a recommendation is something you can see rather than something you have to take on faith.

First visits done gently

A child's first appointment is a ride in the chair, a count of the teeth and a polish. Nothing is forced, and we would rather reschedule than build a fear that takes twenty years to unlearn.

Fillings that disappear

Composite restorations matched to the surrounding tooth, placed conservatively and shaped to your bite so nothing feels high when the numbness fades.

Before & after

What to do beforehand, and what the days after really look like.

Before your family visit

  • Bring your insurance card, medication list and any recent X-rays from a previous dentist.
  • For young children, book a morning slot and keep the conversation at home light and neutral.
  • Tell us about dental anxiety in advance; it changes how we schedule and pace the visit.

Afterwards & aftercare

  • Gums may be tender for a day after a deeper cleaning; warm salt-water rinses help.
  • Wait until numbness fully wears off before eating so cheeks and tongue stay safe.
  • Sealants and fluoride are checked at every recall and re-applied as needed.
  • Bleeding when brushing is not normal. If it lasts more than two weeks, call us.

The measurable before-and-after in family care is not a photograph; it is your chart. Gum pocket depths, bleeding scores and the number of new cavities per year are recorded each visit, and we show you the trend so improvement is visible rather than asserted.

Questions we're asked

Family Dentistry, answered plainly.

How often should we come in?
Every six months suits most people. If you have gum disease, a dry mouth, orthodontics or a history of frequent decay, three to four months protects you better.
When should my child first see a dentist?
By the first birthday or within six months of the first tooth. Early visits are short, friendly and mostly about familiarity.
Do you take my insurance?
We work with most PPO plans and will verify your benefits and give you an estimate before treatment begins. Call (909) 305-1015 and we will check.
What if I haven't been to a dentist in years?
You will not get a lecture. We start with a full assessment, deal with anything urgent, then build a realistic plan you can pace.
Are dental X-rays safe?
Digital X-rays use a very low dose and we only take them at intervals your risk actually justifies.

    General & family care

  • Dr Bui cares and treats patients like his family. He is very conservative and will not drill any teeth that don't have cavities. He ONLY does work that's needed. I trust Dr Bui. My whole family including my mom and children came there. He is super gentle and excellent in cosmetic.

    Cosmetic & family care

  • I was one of those people that put off the dentist for years. Things had gotten pretty bad. The staff treated me very well, they saw what needed to be done and did it. The work by Dr. Bui is top notch. I felt no pain during the work being done, and the final results are great.
